Concept
Here's my concept for the Kaiser permanente spot.
"Extending care far beyond our walls"
The Beyond our walls idea is a great way to show that they are not just a hospital making money, but they are actively caring for people in the community. They spend "1.17 billion focused on a full spectrum of sustainable community activities." Technically this is a great way to explore design, 3D, 2D, and transitions.
Another concept is
"A healthy outside starts from the inside."
This idea explores the way that Kaiser doesn't just think about the big picture, but also the details, the small parts that make up the system. This design will explore the microscopic/x-ray well being of people.
